I consent to the collection of my personal information, as requested by Greystone Recruiting, and understand that this information will be used strictly for the purposes of assisting me in finding a suitable employment opportunity and alerting me to the availability of new products, services, and/or professional development events that might be of interest to me.

1. To Greystone Recruiting clients when, at Greystone Recruiting’s exclusive discretion, the client may provide me with suitable employment; and
